What is public
Problems found, their photos, their path (reported, acknowledged, fixed, verified), visits and aggregate figures are public. The author of a report or a visit is never named: only their role is shown (monitor, school, CERC).
What stays private
- Accounts of monitors and school administrators (name, e-mail, phone, province).
- The phone number asked of people who report a problem without an account.
- Contact details of school officials, unless the school has agreed to publish them.
Anonymous surveys
Answers to student and community surveys are anonymous, never shown individually and only published as percentages, above a minimum number of answers.
Photos
Monitors photograph places and equipment, not people. A photo in which a person can be recognised can be removed on request.
